About Our Company
The JR organization was started by Mr. J Rasiah in 1986 in Malaysia under the name JR Technical Services where he provided technical services and support to individuals and companies. The support covered tech support and repair of electrical and electronic equipment and devices initially.
This company has now expanded into Singapore where it provides consultancy and project management services for research and development as well as in developing strategic long-term visioning and road-mapping in various areas.
Ignatius Rasiah
Director
Over 20 years experience in R&D management and is currently an Innovation Advisor and a member of the SgTech panel providing funding for startups from Enterprise Singapore. He was previously a member of the National Lung Cancer task force in Malaysia.
As VP for Breakthrough Research at Medtronic, he led the launch of a Digital Health incubator called MindUp in Israel and also led the Medtronic Center for External Technology Incubation (CETI)
Consultant to several companies on medical, electronics, and optical technologies in the US, Europe, and Asia, and is a member of the American Physical Society and the CPMT chapter of the IEEE. He is currently a professor in practice at the National University of Singapore.
